Refund policy

Because Kryspp is a food product, we maintain strict safety and hygiene standards. For this reason:

We do NOT accept returns on opened or used products.

However, we’re committed to solving genuine issues.

1. Eligible Returns (If Applicable)

You may request a return or replacement ONLY if your order meets any of these conditions:
• You received the wrong product
• You received a damaged or leaking pouch
• The product is expired
• The package was tampered with upon arrival

To process this, you must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order ID
• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

 


 

2. Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
• If the order is cancelled before dispatch
• If the returned product meets the eligibility criteria
• If we are unable to replace a damaged or incorrect item

Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Note: No refund will be processed for:
• Taste preferences
• Opened/used products
• Delayed deliveries due to courier partners or external factors


Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for:
• Damaged items
• Wrong items delivered

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
